Imran Ansari is the Founder, Owner, and Lead Instructor of Ansari Driving School LLC. With a strong commitment to road safety and student success, Imran has built his school on professionalism, patience, and personalized instruction. His mission is simple: to develop safe, confident, and responsible drivers for life.

Imran specializes in working with teens, adults, and first-time drivers of all ages - including those starting completely from scratch. He understands that every student learns differently, and he tailors each lesson to match the individual's skill level, comfort, and confidence.

Fluent in Urdu and Hindi, and able to understand and communicate in Punjabi and Sindhi, Imran works closely with families from diverse cultural backgrounds. For students facing language barriers, he uses effective communication techniques, including visual demonstrations, structured step-by-step instruction, sign-based cues, and translation technology to ensure clarity and understanding. His goal is to make every student feel comfortable and supported.

Imran is also highly experienced in training individuals who come from countries where driving orientation differs (such as right-hand steering systems). He provides structured transition training to help international drivers safely adapt to U.S. road rules, traffic laws, and left-hand steering vehicles.

His instruction focuses on:

• Defensive driving techniques
• Road test preparation
• Parking mastery (parallel, angle, and backing)
• Highway and city driving
• Building confidence for nervous drivers
• Complete preparation for Minnesota DPS requirements

Doug Anderson brings over 30 years of experience in education and driver training to Ansari Driving School. A retired educator from Rosemount High School, Doug dedicated his career to teaching Medical and Health Careers, as well as Behind-the-Wheel driver education.

With more than three decades of experience teaching teens both in the classroom and behind the wheel, Doug understands how to guide students with patience, structure, and confidence-building techniques. His strong background in education allows him to connect with students in a supportive and professional manner while maintaining high standards for safety and responsibility.

In addition to his teaching career, Doug continues to coach varsity-level football and track at the high school level, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to mentoring and developing young people both on and off the field.

Doug's goal is to help every student become a safe, confident, and responsible driver for life.
